We are an online car dealership that specializes in providing financing solutions to customers with bad credit. Our mission is to help people get the car they need while providing excellent customer service and support. We have developed a suite of tools that enable our finance managers to maximize gross profits, get approvals easier, and find cars that meet the approval. We are looking for a Subprime Finance Manager who can bring their expertise and experience to our team and help us continue to grow and succeed.

About the role:

The Subprime Finance Manager will be responsible for working on incoming leads as well as developing their own leads for customers with bad credit who are looking to buy cars. The ideal candidate must have experience as a subprime finance manager and be able to work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers.

We would love:

- Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Subprime Sales Experience.

- Experience in locating units to fit lender approval conditions

- Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive sales qualification, pre-approval, finance, as well as funding process

- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations

- Self-motivated, driven, and committed to ongoing professional development

- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, contacting leads, and building rapport

- Well-organized (paperwork, vehicle deliveries, etc.)

- Valid driver's license required

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

What you'll do:

- Create goals and plans to meet and exceed monthly quotas

- Keep CRM up to date with usable information

- Persistent in keeping up with non-contact sales pipeline

- Ensure maximum approval rate on customers applying for financing

- Prepare all documentation connected with the sale and delivery of vehicles accurately, in accordance with dealership policies and regulatory guidelines

- Strive to provide an exceptional experience for every customer

Compensation:

$15,000 - $20,000 / month *

We have built our business around supporting our agents, and our compensation plan shows it. We pay up to 50% commission (minimum 35%) with a PAD OF ONLY $150. Our marketing department generates all of our leads internally, at a higher quality and lower cost than the lead sellers you have dealt with in the past PLUS they will help you build your brand to generate your own leads!

*NOTE: This is a commission based role, not a base salary, and estimate pay range is subject to change, varies depending on the amount of work put in. It can be higher, however it may be lower. This range is calculated based on what current AutoAgents sales team makes on average.
