About the role:

We are seeking a self-motivated Wholesale Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding vehicles to buy from private sellers, selling them wholesale via the most profitable channel available.

We would love:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the wholesale automotive industry, or a proven track record if less.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

What you'll do:

  • Identify potential vehicle purchases through inbound leads and outbound efforts
  • Analyze and evaluate vehicles to determine whether they are worth buying.
  • Post vehicles for sale on auctions, offer them to dealers or exporters.
  • Reach out to 30+ sellers every day through our purpose-built wholesale platform.
  • Utilize our CRM and appraisal system to manage vehicle purchase and sale data.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and vehicle pricing.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based compensation package with bonuses for hitting targets
  • OTE Earnings $126k plus Bonus
  • Support and training to help you succeed in this role
  • Hybrid or work from home location option for added flexibility
